Unlike traditional coaching programs that demand weekly calls, Build + Bloom is perfect for those who need flexibility but still want deep, ongoing support to make a lasting impact. With bi-weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, 24/7 text access, and customized strategies, you’ll have the time and space to implement, refine, and truly step into your CEO role—without the overwhelm. This program gives you structured support over a longer period, ensuring you have the accountability and guidance to create lasting success. Cancellation Policy

Eligibility: Success Strategy Sessions are complimentary, limited to one session per person, and available for individuals genuinely interested in exploring how coaching can support their goals. Environment: To ensure a productive and focused conversation, sessions must be taken in a quiet room. Calls will not be conducted with anyone driving or in a noisy environment. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to ensure we can accommodate you. No-Shows: As these sessions are limited, a no-show without prior notice may result in being unable to book another complimentary session. Preparation: Come prepared with specific goals or challenges you'd like to discuss so we can make the most of our time together.
